Tidy street frontage after a garden maintenance visit

Buyers form an opinion before they reach the front door. A handful of jobs make the biggest difference to street appeal.

Start at the kerb

Crisp edges along the driveway and footpath do more for a photo than almost anything else. A clean line reads as 'well cared for' instantly.

Pressure-wash paths and remove weeds from pebble and paver joints.

Fresh mulch on every bed

It's the cheapest visual upgrade available. Dark, even mulch makes plants look healthier and beds look intentional.

Shape, don't butcher

Trim hedges and shrubs a couple of weeks before photos so any cut faces have softened and greened up again.

Fill the gaps

A few well-chosen plants in bare spots, and a couple of pots at the entry, lift the whole frontage for very little money.

Then keep it that way

Campaigns run for weeks. A fortnightly maintenance visit through the listing period keeps every inspection looking like the photos.
